Spiral Dream - SCORE
A piece for concert band or wind ensemble, evocative of evolving textures that suggest a dream-like journey through a strange and violent experience culminating in a realization just before the listener wakes to the chime of a crotales cymbal. The central section with its aleatoric gestures is constructed using intervals based on the Fibonacci system of integers, and is bookended by a more traditionally tonal sections.
The score is formatted for 8.5 in x 14 in (American legal) sized paper. Other formats available upon request.
