Updates Galore
I have been working on updating my website like crazy! Trying to standardize the graphics and layout, partially in preparation for the release of Haunted Love. It’s coming, hopefully this year. There’s still much work to do but I’m trying to push myself into new realms of creativity.
Foundations Vol. 2 is a compilation of music by 2SLGBTQIA+ composers, artists, and musicians, released on the Enjou label out of Canada. Song for the Lost, from Sanctuary Songs, will be part of it!
It will be available on all streaming services June 14th, 2024.
The Arcade of Hypermodernity is in full swing at Studio Channel Islands in Camarillo. I created an art piece for the show, a coat of arms in acrylic paint on a slat of wood, rhinestoned two pairs of headphones labeled Player 1 and Player 2, and composed the music that I’m calling The Arcade Fantasy.
It’s a big, sweeping adventure evocative of immersing one’s self into the world of pixelated magic that has so captured our imaginations. Composed for synthesizers, guitar, bass, drums, and orchestra, it journeys through several different moods and leaves what images come to mind to the listener, though it suggests a lot of fun shall be had along the way.
